The SEC can’t go after him if he takes Twitter private which is the plan from what I understand. The SEC would have zero governance over what he does with a private company. He could then do what he wants. If he was a Doge executive then maybe they would be able to do somehting but not likely. I still am not buying Doge but just saying.

When it comes to pumps best to assume you missed it and not fomo in particularly in a bear market unless the tecnicals show the up trend should continue.
