One meal a day? yikes. I couldnt do that after years of doing 5 to 6 small meals a day. worked much better for me. sped up my metabolism. improved my digestion, etc….enjoy your body recomp journey.

I watched Mikhaila Peterson’s TedX talk on her Lion diet, and then a interview she did with Dr. Ken Berry. So I started watching his channel and eased into the keto/carnivore thing. didn’t change my running and didn’t add any new fitness yet and dropped 20.5 in less than 3 mos. Not getting the carb cravings any more. Also managed to do a half-marathon with out clif blocks or clif bars or heavy carb loading. Just Cerasport in my camelback and a caffine pill before and 1 at 9 miles. I’m glad more folks are talking control of their health and wellness. Keep up the good work!
